Dave
Founder & Director
Started out his career as an apprentice, working his way up through the industry to
now owning ADOS Group today. Dave also draws on his international experience of
commercial catering that he has gained through working in Italy, France and
Germany.
Gemma
Finance & Director
Manages all the numbers. Gemma’s expertise is focused on closely monitoring
projects and looking at the bigger picture, as well as planning for the future.
Sammy
Office Manager & Compliance
Takes care of all our Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS), Health and
Safety and HR processes. Sammy makes sure everything is running safely,
smoothly and to the highest quality standards possible.
Jarrod
Senior Engineer
Jarrod is one of our senior engineers and a key part of the ADOS team. Alongside his day-to-day engineering work, he helps oversee projects, supports the wider engineering team and works closely with our other senior engineers to keep everything running smoothly. With plenty of experience and a hands on approach, Jarrod is always on hand to offer guidance, solve problems and help the team get the job done.
Joseph
Senior Engineer
Takes charge of our field team, which comprises of 12 skilled engineers who are on
the road. The entire installation team is employed so we have full control and can
reliably deliver every project we take on.
Josh
Project Manager
Josh is our Project Manager and plays a key role in taking ADOS projects from planning through to completion. He coordinates the different stages of each project, works closely with our engineers, and keeps everything organised and on track. With a practical and hands on approach, Josh helps make sure projects run smoothly, deadlines are met and our customers receive the high standard of service they expect from ADOS.
When large commercial kitchen projects are live, we will allocate resource in teams of 4-5 engineers, so they are completely focused on the project in hand.
As a busy commercial catering engineering team, we have lots of smaller jobs coming in on a daily basis too, meaning the rest of the team is out and about in pairs completing repairs, installs or breakdowns fast!
